The Kanji Project gives direct grants to two partner charities in India.

St Antony’s Foundlings

St Antony’s Foundlings runs St Antony’s School and the Shanthi Lumin children’s home. They also give small grants for medical assistance in needy cases and support poor people in Kanji and surrounding villages with food and housing assistance where necessary.

The Rose Sisters

The Franciscan Sisters in Pudupalayam (known as the Rose Sisters) run the Sunshine Special School, the children’s parliaments to support village children and provide help with disabled rights. Find out more about their work here.

You can keep up-to-date on the latest activities our partners are working on via the News from Kanji page, where we will provide the latest news and reports from SAF and the Rose Sisters as they come in.

We regret we do not accept unsolicited requests for grants.

Did you know that 94% of the funds donated to us are directly used to deliver results through our valuable work in India.....
